Ginger is an excellent source of cleansing nutrients for the body, not to mention very refreshing. Give your taste buds an explosion of flavor with this blend of frozen fruit, a handful of greens, fresh ginger and a whole lot of love!
Ingredients1 Mind Over Mango LiveMore Organic Smoothie Cup
1 inch of fresh ginger
1 cup of plant based milk
1 cup of spinach
Instructions
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour back into the cup and enjoy!
