How do I prepare a LiveMore Blend Cup?
Pour the frozen fruit into your blender, then fill the cup with your liquid of choice up to the fill line. Blend until smooth, pour back into the cup, and enjoy!
What liquid do you recommend blending with?
Each blend has a different recommendation. For the Keto-Friendly Cup, we suggest organic unsweetened almond or coconut milk. For other blends, you can use your favorite liquid or just water.
Do I need to defrost my smoothie before blending?
No need to defrost; our smoothies are ready to blend straight from the freezer.

Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes! Our cups are made with 50% recycled materials and are recyclable. The lids are LDPE 4 and 100% recyclable. Our outer boxes are certified fully curbside recyclable, using ClimaCell® material made from renewable plant-based components and paper.
How should I store my LiveMore smoothies?
Keep the smoothie cups frozen until you're ready to enjoy them.
How long are LiveMore smoothies good for?
Our smoothies are best consumed within 18 months from the date you receive them, though we recommend enjoying them sooner for optimal freshness.

Shipping & Delivery Questions
Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide. Right now we are able to offer all our west coasters with free shipping. We are working on a way to be able to offer free shipping in the future to all of our smoothie lovers. Please stay tuned.
How does delivery work?
Any orders placed before Thursday will ship out the following week to arrive at your doorstep no later than Friday. Depending on your location, your blend pack will arrive at your doorstep Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Your shipment will arrive no later than 48 hours. No weekend deliveries.
What if I am not home when it arrives?
The box will be waiting at your doorstep. We recommend that you transfer the cups right into your freezer as soon as you open your package. We are not responsible for cups left out overnight after being delivered.
How do the smoothies stay frozen in transit?
Our smoothies are packed with dry ice and insulation to ensure they remain frozen during transit.
What do I do with the dry ice?
Please do not touch the dry ice! If handling is necessary, use approved gloves. After unloading your cups into your freezer, place the box outside to allow the dry ice to dissipate within 24 hours. Always keep dry ice in a well-ventilated area, away from children and animals. Do not place it on any surfaces, as it can cause damage. Once the ice has dissipated, recycle the box curbside.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the frozen nature of our product, we do not accept any returned products once they have shipped out of our facilities. Please reach out if there is an issue and we will do our best to find a solution!
